Faruk started his career in IT field in 1998. But it was in 2000 where he put as a Field Service Engineer with Compaq/HP as a first step to acquire vast knowledge about handling notebooks, desktops and setting up servers for major MNCs. Being a customer focused and oriented company, he gained ample skills in understanding customer issues and their point-of-views.
With that stepping stone, he moved on to lead a team of Field Service Engineers. With experience in management role, he acquired the skills of man-management and handling customers.
Not limiting himself to such environment, he moved on to become a technical and customer oriented call-centre support specialist.
Faruk has Degree in Information Technology and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in Microsoft SharePoint Server Administration (MOSS). |
