Riduwan is a Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) for Windows Server 2000/2003, Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and Citrix Certified Administrator (CCA).

With also 10 years of experience in the IT field, he has gained vast knoweldge on handling troubleshooting notebooks, desktops and doing rollout projects for various campanies. He has also gained experience server systems integration for major MNCs. Coming from customer focused and oriented companies, he has gained ample skills in understanding customer issues and their point-of-views.

Faruk has Degree in Information Technology and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) in Microsoft SharePoint Server Administration (MOSS).
